About Archery Records

Hi — I'm Robin Waite, a member of the Bowmen of Minchinhampton. I built Archery Records as a resource for Records Officers to use, primarily to make my own life easier when tracking scores, classifications, handicaps and badges — and I figured if it helps me, it'll probably help other Records Officers too.

This site has not been built as a money-making venture. There are no ads, no paywalls, and no premium tiers. It exists purely to take some of the admin pain out of running an archery club's records.

Running the site does cost a bit — hosting, domains, email delivery and the occasional late-night coffee. If you or your club find Archery Records useful and would like to chip in to cover those costs, voluntary donations from clubs and individuals are very welcome.

Donations are entirely optional. Nothing in the app is gated behind paying — you'll get exactly the same features whether you donate or not.

Donations first cover the running costs of the site. If there's anything left over at the end of the year, those profits will be donated to or dispersed amongst archery-related charities and good causes.

Suggestions for which charities to support are very welcome — if there's a cause close to your club's heart, please get in touch and let me know.
